Notice is hereby given that on 12 September 2023, the Commission approved for posting on its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the revised draft Implementing Guidelines for the Procurement, Execution, and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements Entered Into By Distribution Utilities for the Supply of Electricity to their Captive Market (Draft CSP Implementing Guidelines), as well as the revised draft Template for Power Supply Agreements (Draft PSA Template), attached as Appendix "A," which may be downloaded from the Commission's official website at www.erc.gov.ph.
All interested parties may attend the public consultation on the Draft CSP Implementing Guidelines and Draft PSA Template that will be conducted on 22 September 2023 (Friday), at nine-thirty o'clock in the morning (09:3 0 A.M.) to twelve o'clock noon (12:00 P.M.) at the 11th Floor, Multi-Purpose Hall, Exquadra Tower, Jade Dr., Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City. The public consultation will be streamed online via the Energy Regulatory Commission's official website and in its Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ERCgovPH.
Comments of the interested parties and stakeholders may be raised before the Commission during the said public consultation and shall form part of the records of the rule-making proceeding, which may be considered in the finalization of the CSP Implementing Guidelines and PSA Template.
