Notice, ERC Case No. 2023-003 RM, In Re: Preliminary Green Energy Auction Reserve (GEAR) Prices

Notice is hereby given that on 24 May 2023, the Commission has approved the posting in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the "Preliminary Green Energy Auction Reserve (GEAR) Prices for Round 2" with attached Annex A, which may be downloaded from the Commission's official website:

All interested parties are required to submit their comments using the prescribed template for comments on the preliminary prices on or before 31 May 2023. Electronic copies may be sent to docket@erc.ph, copy furnished the Market Operations Service - Renewable Energy Division through gear2.erc@gmail.com.

Thereafter, the preliminary price will be set for a virtual public consultation on 01 June 2023 at 1:30 P.M. via Microsoft Teams

All comments, written or oral, received by the Commission shall form part of the records of this rule-making proceeding and shall be considered in the finalization of the Resolution.
