Notice for Comments, ERC Case No. 2021-006 RM, In Re: Draft Resolution Revoking Resolution No. 17, Series of 2014 Entitled "A Resolution Suspending the Issuances of Retail Electricity Suppliers (RES) Licenses”

Notice is hereby given that on 10 November 2021, the Commission has approved for posting on 10 November 2021 on its official website at www.erc.gov.ph, the proposed draft Resolution Revoking Resolution No. 17, Series of 2014 Entitled “A Resolution Suspending the Issuance of Retail Electricity Suppliers (Res) Licenses” (1st Draft), hereto attached as Annex “A”, which may be downloaded from the Commission’s official website starting 10 November 2021.

All interested parties may submit their comments on the proposed 1st Draft, both in printed and electronic copies on or before 15 November 2021. Electronic copies may be sent to docket@erc.ph, copy furnish the Legal Service through legal@erc.ph, and the Market Operations Service through contestable.erc.gov.ph@gmail.com and contestable@erc.ph.

All comments received by the Commission within the prescribed period shall be made part of the records of the rule-making proceeding and shall be considered in the finalization of the 1st Draft.
