Notice is hereby given that on 11 June 2019, the Commission has approved for posting on its official website www.erc.gov.ph the “Draft Rules Amending the Procedures Governing the Guidelines for Acceptance Testing of Meters in Meter Shops Authorized by the Commission Pursuant to Resolution No. 12, Series of 2009”, hereto attached as Annex “A”.
All interested parties may submit their comments on the proposed Rules on or before 28 June 2019, in both and hard copies, using the prescribe format. Hard copies shall be forwarded to the Commission’s Central Records Division. Electronic copies may be sent to meterlab@erc.gov.ph. The aforementioned documents, including the prescribed format for comments may be downloaded from the ERC website, or may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the 18th Floor of the ERC Main Office, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City,
Thereafter, the working proposed Rules will be set for public consultation on the following dates and venues:
- 4 July 2019 (Thursday) at 9:00 AM at the ERC Visayas Area Operations Division (VAOD), St. Mary’s Drive, Banilad, Cebu City
- 5 July 2019 (Friday) at 9:00 AM at the ERC Mindanao Aera Operations Division (MAOD), Mintrade Bldg. Monteverde Avenue corner Sales St. Davao City
- 10 July 2019 (Wednesday) at 9:00 AM at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
All Comments, written or oral received by the Commission shall be made part of the record of the rule making proceeding and shall be considered in the finalization of the amendments to the procedures governing the guidelines for acceptance testing.
