NOTICE FOR COMMENTS, ERC Case No. 2019 - 003 RM, In Re: Rules for Setting Distribution Wheeling Rates (RDWR)

Notice is hereby given that on 13 June 2019, the Commission has approved for posting on its official website www.erc.gov.ph working drafts of the “Rules for Setting Distribution Wheeling Rates (RDWR)”, hereto attached as Annex “A” and “Regulatory Reset for the Fourth and Fifth Regulatory Period for the First Entry Group of Privately Owned Distribution Utilities subject to Performance Based Regulations, Issues Paper”, hereto attached as Annex “B”.
This draft rules and issues paper is a work in progress that will be presented to the Commission together with consolidated stakeholders’ inputs.
All interested parties may submit their comments on or before 1 July 2019, in both and hard copies, using the prescribe format. Hard copies shall be forwarded to the Commission’s Docket Section. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph. The aforementioned documents, including the prescribed format for comments may be downloaded from the ERC website, or may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the 18th Floor of the ERC Main Office, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City,
Thereafter, the working draft rules and issues paper will be set for public consultation on 5 July 2019, 9:00 AM at the 8th Floor ERC Main Office, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All Comments, written or oral received by the Commission shall be made part of the record of the rule making proceeding and shall be considered in the finalization of the amendments to the RDWR and issuance of the Position Paper.
