Notice for Comments, ERC Case No. 2018-002 RM, In re: Rules Governing the Procurement, Execution and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements Entered Into by Distribution Utilities for the Supply of their Captive Market

Notice is hereby given that on 12 March 2019, the Commission approved for posting in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph, the 3rd Draft of the proposed “Rules Governing the Procurement, Execution and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements Entered into by Distribution Utilities for the Supply of Electricity to their Captive Market.”
    Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments on the above-cited proposed rules (both in hard and soft copies, in word format) on or before 29 March 2019. Electronic Copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph.
