Notice is hereby given that PIPPA and its stakeholders’ List of Issues and Clarificatory Questions regarding all issues in its petition for rulemaking on Resolution No. 16, Series of 2011 entitled “Resolution Adopting Amended Rules on the Definition and Boundaries of Connection Assets for Customers of Transmission Providers” is posted at the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph for comments.
All interested parties may submit their final position (in both paper and electronic copies in MS Word or MS Excel format) on the matter on or before August 8, 2014. Electronic copies may be sent to standards@erc.gov.ph, and rmaatubang@gmail.com.
