Notice is hereby given that PIPPA’s petition including all presentation and comments from the stakeholders on its proposed rulemaking entitled Resolution No. 16, Series of 2011 or the “Resolution Adopting Amended Rules on the Definition and Boundaries of Connection Assets for Customers of Transmission Providers” is posted at the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.

All interested parties may submit their clarificatory questions (in both paper and electronic copies in MS Word or MS Excel format) on the proposed Rules on or before July 11, 2014. Electronic copies may be sent to standards@erc.gov.ph, and rmaatubang@gmail.com.
