Notice of Invitation for Public Consultation on the Proposed Permanent Mitigating Measures in the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM)

Notice is hereby given that a Public Consultation relative to establishing a Permanent Mitigating Measures in the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) will be held on September 29, 2014, Monday, 2:00 p.m. and October 15, 2014*, Wednesday, 9:30 a.m., at the ERC Main Office Hearing Room, 15/F Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.

All parties who have filed their proposal and comments would be given an opportunity to discuss and elaborate on their proposed measures during the above-scheduled public consultation. The comments and proposals of the Parties of Record are hereto attached for the information and guidance of all interested parties.

 * - in case there is a need for the conduct of additional consultation
