The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has posted on its website at www.erc.gov.ph the Renewable Energy Payment Agreement (REPA) and the Renewable Energy Supply Agreement (RESA) templates.

Relative thereto, all interested parties are invited to submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the REPA and RESA templates on or before 28 July 2014 (Monday), using the attached format. Electronic copies of comments may be sent to re-twg@erc.gov.ph or twg-re@erc.gov.ph.

Public Consultation to discuss comments submitted is on 05 August 2014 (Thursday), 9:00 a.m. at the ERC Hearing Room. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation

The draft REPA and RESA templates may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
