Notice is hereby given that on 01 June  2018, the Commission will be posting in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph, the proposed amendment to the "2014 Revised Rules for the Issuance of Certificate of Compliance to Generation Companies/Entities with Self Generation Facilities" (2014 Revised COC Rules) for comments from the industry stakeholders.

All interested parties may submit their comments on the proposed amendment to the 2014 Revised COC Rules (in both hard and soft copies) using the prescribed format (hereto attached as Annex “A”) on or before 16 June 2018. Electronic copies may be sent to licensing@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the scheduled public consultation. The proposed amendment to the 2014 Revised Rules may be downloaded at our website www.erc.gov.ph or may be photocopied at cost, at the ERC Main office at 12th Floor, Pacific Center, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City
