NOTICE: Proposed Rules for Setting the Distribution System Loss Cap and Establishing Performance Incentive Scheme for Distribution Efficiency

Notice is hereby given on the cancellation of the 10 August 2017 public consultation for Mindanao Stakeholders on the proposed Draft Rules for Setting the Distribution System Loss Cap and Establishing Performance Incentive Scheme for Distribution Efficiency. The said public consultation shall be rescheduled on 09 August 2017 at 9:30 A.M. onwards at the ERC Hearing Room, 8th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.

The Distribution Management Committee (DMC) will be assisting the Commission in organizing the said public consultation. All interested parties who wish to attend may fill out the Registration Form (in soft copy) thereto using the prescribed format (attached as Annex “A”) and send it through email at djgmaala@dmc.org.ph or fax at (02) 638-2599 on or before 04 August 2017.
