NOTICE: Licensing Rules for Distributed Energy Resources and Microgrid Systems [Addendum to the 2014 Revised Rules for the Issuance of Certificates of Compliance (COCs) for Generation Companies, Qualified End-Users and Entities with Self-Generation Facilities]

Notice is hereby given that the first draft of the "Licensing Rules for Distributed Energy Resources and Microgrid Systems [Addendum to the 2014 Revised Rules for the Issuance of Certificates of Compliance (COCs) for Generation Companies, Qualified End-Users and Entities with Self-Generation Facilities] DER Licensing Rules" is hereby posted on the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) website www.erc.gov.ph, to secure comments from the industry stakeholders. All interested parties may submit their comments to the Market Operations Service (MOS) on or before 04 July 2017, through licensing@erc.gov.ph; and dtlayugan@erc.gov.ph using the prescribed format (hereto attached as Annex "A"). Said DER Licensing Rules may likewise be downloaded from the ERC website or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.

The discussion on the DER Licensing Rules draft is likewise scheduled for public consultation on 17 July 2017 at nine-thirty in the morning (9:30 A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 8th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City.
