Notice is hereby given that on March 17, 2017, the Commission posted in its website at www.erc.gov.ph the draft "Proposed Rules on Electronic Billing and Communications for Electricity Consumers".

All interested Parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the draft Rules on or before March 30, 2017. Electronic Copies may be sent to marizongines@gmail.com. The proposed Rules may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, 12th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
