Notice of Public Consultation, ERC Case No. 2016-006 RM, Proposed Rules on Electronic Billing and Communications for Electricity Consumers

Notice is hereby given that on December 19, 2016, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the "Proposed Rules on Electronic Billing and Communications for Electricity Consumers.

Relative thereto, the public consultation on the proposed Guidelines is hereby set on the following dates and venues:

All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before January 15, 2017. Electronic copies may be sent to marizongines@gmail.com. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed Guidelines may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address.
