Notice, ERC Case No. 2015-003 RM, In the Matter of the Adoption of the Rules Governing the Issuance of Licenses or Authorization to Retail Electricity Suppliers (RES) and Prescribing the Requirements and Conditions Therefor and the Revised Rules for Contestability

Notice is hereby given that the first drafts of the “Rules Governing the Issuances of Licenses or Authorization to Retail Electricity Suppliers (RES) Prescribing the Requirements and Conditions Therefor” and the “Revised Rules for Contestability” are posted for comments from the industry stakeholders on the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) websites www.erc.gov.ph and www.buyyourelectricity.com.ph. All interested parties may submit their comments through contestable@erc.gov.ph on or before July 30, 2015. Said Rules may be downloaded from the mentioned ERC websites or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.
 
Both draft Rules are likewise scheduled for public consultation on August 14, 2015 at 9:00 AM onwards at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Bldg., San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
