NOTICE of Invitation for Public Consultation and Call for Proposals on the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Offer Cap [Archive-423]

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Energy (DOE), the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), and the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) will jointly hold a Public Consultation on June 16, 2014. Monday, 9:00 a.m. at Dusit Thani Manila Hotel, Ayala Center, Makati City, to solicit comments, suggestions and recommendations on the WESM Offer Cap, which is currently set at PhP32,000.00 per megawatt-hour or PhP32.00 per kilowatt-hour.

All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) or any proposal including detailed computations and other supporting documents at the ERC Main Office at 12F Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, not later than May 30, 2014.
