Invitation to submit comments on the Revised Draft Guidelines for the Collection of the Feed-in Tariff Allowance (FIT-All) and Disbursement of the FIT-All Fund [Archive-241]

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has posted on its website at www.erc.gov.ph  the Revised Draft Guidelines for the Collection of the Feed-in Tariff Allowance (FIT-All) and Disbursement of the FIT-All Fund. 

Relative thereto, all interested parties are invited to submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the Guidelines on or before July 15, 2013 (Monday), using the attached format.  Electronic copies of comments may be sent to re-twg@erc.gov.ph or twg-re@erc.gov.ph. 

The Guidelines may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
