Notice of Proposed Rule Making, ERC Case No. 2013-004 RM, In the Matter of the Petition to Amend Resolution No. 8, Series of 2010, Otherwise Known as the "Rule to Govern the Interruptible Load Program of Distribution Utilities", Davao Light and Power Company, Inc. (DLPC) , petitioner [Archive-226]

The Commission has set the petition for public consultations on the following dates and venues:

-       April 10, 2013 at 9:00 AM at the ERC Mindanao Field Office Mezzanine Floor, Mintrade Building, Monterverde corner Sales Streets, Davao City

-       April 12, 2013 at 10:30 AM  at the ERC Visayas Field Office, Machay Bldg. Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City

            All interested parties are hereby directed to submit their comments on the porposed amendments to the ILP Rules (in both hard and soft copies) on or before March 26, 2013. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph.  Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period shall be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. Copies of the instant petition and all its annexes may be downloaded from the ERC-administered website at www.erc.gov.ph  or may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main office
