Notice of Proposed Rule-Making [In the Matter of the Petition to Amend Resolution No. 8, otherwise known as the "Rules to Govern the Interruptible Load Program of Distribution Utilities"] ERC Case No. 2013-004 RM - Davao Light and Power Company, Incorporated (DLPC), Petitioner [Archive-224]

The Commission has set the petition for public consultation on March 21, 2013 (Thursday) at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15^th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.

All interested parties may submit their respective comments on the proposed amendments to the ILP rules (in both hard and soft copies) on or before March 11, 2013. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period shall be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. Copies of the said proposed pro-forma CA may be downloaded from the ERC-administered website atwww.erc.gov.ph  or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.
