Notice to Qualified Contestable Customers in Luzon and Visayas [Archive-146]

Notice is hereby given to all electricity end-users with a monthly average peak demand of at least one megawatt (1 MW) in Luzon and Visayas that the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) is issuing their respective Certificates of Contestability starting on August 24, 2011. Please note that certificates are available for end-users with monthly peak demand of 1.5 MW and up. Notices of potential contestability are available for those with monthly peak demand of 1 MW to 1.49 MW.
Customers that are situated within the MERALCO franchise area may claim their Certificates of Contestability at the ERC, 12th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City. Customers in other franchise areas shall claim their Certificates of Contestability from their respective Distribution Utilities.
