Notice of Public Consultation in the Matter of the Adoption of the Transitory Rules for the Competitive Retail Electricity Market (CREM) [Archive-144]

Notice is hereby given that the first draft of the "Transitory Rules for the Competitive Retail Electricity Market" (the "Rules") has undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation held on July 7, 2011.
 
The Second draft of the Rules is scheduled for public consultation on September 13, 2011 at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) to twelve noon (12:00 N.N.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City, said draft Rules may be photocopied, at cost, during regular hours at the ERC Main Office.
 
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before September 6, 2011. Electronic copies may be sent to contestable@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation.
