Invitation to submit comments on the draft Guidelines for the Issuance of Licenses to Retail Electricity Suppliers, as Amended [Archive-97]

Notice is hereby given that the draft “Guidelines for the Issuance of Licenses to Retail Electricity Suppliers, As Amended ”  has been posted at the ERC websites www.erc.gov.ph and www.buyyourelectricity.com.ph and may be downloaded, or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before June 25, 2010.  Electronic copies may be sent to contestable@erc.gov.ph.
