Invitation to submit comments on the ERC Revised Feed-In Tariff (FIT) Rules [Archive-94]

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has posted on its website at www.erc.gov.ph its revised Feed-In Tariff (FIT) Rules, for a final round of consultation.  The ERC shall appreciate receiving comments thereon before it issues the final Rules.

Relative thereto, all interested parties are invited to submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the revised FIT Rules on or before May 27, 2010.  Electronic copies may be sent to fscjuan@erc.gov.ph.  The revised Rules may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
