Invitation to submit comments on the ERC Working Draft of the Feed-In Tariff (FIT) Rules [Archive-87]

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has posted on its website at www.erc.gov.ph its working draft of the Feed-In Tariff (FIT) Rules which it is developing pursuant to its mandate under Republic Act No. 9513 or the Renewable Energy Law.  The ERC shall appreciate receiving comments thereon before it issues a more comprehensive draft Rules, which shall be subjected to the formal public consultation process.

All interested parties are invited to submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the FIT Rules Working Draft on or before February 19, 2010.  Electronic copies may be sent to fscjuan@erc.gov.ph.  The working draft may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
