Notice is hereby given that the public consultation on the draft "Rules for the Recovery of Deferred Accounting Adjustment for Fuel and Purchased Power Costs by National Power Corporation (NPC) and (NPC) Small Power Utilities Group (NPC-SPUG)" is scheduled on June 13, 2007 at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00PM) at the ERC Hearing Room,15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

All parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the draft rules on or before June 8, 2007. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The draft rules may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.
