Notice of Public Consultation on the proposed Rules on the Default Wholesale Supply Arrangements for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) [Archive-11]

Notice is hereby given that the holding of public consultation for the proposed Rules on the Default Wholesale Supply Arrangements for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) is hereby scheduled on August 2, 2006 to start at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before July 24, 2006. Electronic copies may be sent to dtlayugan@erc.gov.ph or spotmarket@erc.gov.ph. Hard copies may be submitted at the ERC Main Office, Attention: Atty. Debora Anastacia T. Layugan, Market Operations Service (MOS) or through facsimile (02) 633-3253. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed Rules may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
