Notice of the Proposal to Amend Resolution No. 10, Series of 2012, A Resolution Approving the Feed in Tariff (FIT) Rates

Notice is hereby given that the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) is in the process of formulating amendments to Resolution No. 10, Series of 2012, A Resolution Approving the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) Rates, in view of the Department of Energy (DOE) Certification (as attached) revising the solar energy installation target under the FIT System from 50 MW to 500MW transmitted by the DOE on 26 May 2014 and by the National Renewable Energy (NREB) on 27 May 2014.

In this regard, the ERC shall appreciate receiving inputs and comments thereon.  All interested parties are invited to submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on or before 13 June 2014.  Electronic copies may be sent to fscjuan@erc.gov.ph, or somontaner@erc.gov.ph or twgre@erc.gov.ph.
