Interested parties for the above positions may submit their application through the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD).

Pursuant to CSC-DBM Joint Circular No. 3, s. 2004, the abovementioned positions are open to application but may not be immediately processed. Interested applicants shall submit the following to the HRMD:
- Cover Letter addressed to the ERC Chairperson and CEO, citing the specific item number, and Service-Division of the position (if specified in the publication);
- Fully accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) downloadable at www.csc.gov.ph, with recent passport-sized picture;
- Updated Work Experience Sheet (WES) downloadable at www.csc.gov.ph, and which includes membership, contributions and accomplishments in various Committees, Technical Working Group and similar bodies, as well as the specific positions of the immediate supervisors identified in the WES;
- Performance Rating for the last two (2) consecutive rating periods (for government employee applicants), or Performance Rating by immediate supervisor/most recent employer (for non-government employee applicants);
- Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records; and
- Authenticated copy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License.;
Indicate your list of training, training hours, and institutions that conducted the training course you attended in your Personal Data Sheet. Otherwise, it will not be counted.
- Do not leave any blanks in your Personal Data Sheet (Use N/A for non-applicable items).
