Amendments
to the Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges have been proposed to
reflect the RES License Fee as stated in the Guidelines
for the issuance of Licenses to Retail Electricity Suppliers
(RES) (Resolution
No. 10, s. 2005) which is:
“The
RES License fee is equivalent to seventy five percent (75%)
of each one hundred pesos of the capital stock subscribed and
paid up, or ten thousand pesos (PhP 10,000.00) whichever is
higher. The license fee shall be paid upon the issuance of a
Supplier’s License.
On the other hand, a RES License application fee of PhP 1,500.00
is being paid upon filing of application and submission of all
requirements
