The hearing and mediation schedules are updated and posted weekly. Changes due to settlement, withdrawals and adjournments may take place prior to the actual hearing or mediation dates. It is therefore recommended that you confirm with the hearing and mediation officers whether a particular hearing or mediation is to proceed as scheduled.
