Draft Guidelines: DMC seeks final comments on the DMC second draft of the Small Grid Guidelines
The Distribution Management Committee (DMC) is seeking final comments from the stakeholders in the off-grid areas on the DMC second draft of the Small Grid Guidelines.
The DMC posted on 3 May 2011 the first draft of the proposed guidelines for initial comments and on 7 July 2011 for additional comments of the stakeholders. Some comments/suggestions received were incorporated in the proposed guidelines (see Annex A), thus this second draft.
All concerned parties are invited to submit a soft copy of their comments to dmcrules@gmcdmc.ph and the hard copy thereof to the 20th Floor, Pacific Center Bldg., San Miguel Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The deadline for submission of comments is on 9 December 2011 (Friday).
