Notice: Invitation to submit comments to the proposed Rules Implementing ERC Resolution No. 18, series of 2005
Notice is hereby given that on September 7, 2010, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the proposed "Rules Implementing ERC Resolution No. 18, Series of 2005, Entitled, "Implementing Section 43 (t) of Republic Act No. 9136 and Rule 3, Section 4 (m) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Said Act".
Relative thereto, a public consultation on the proposed Rules is hereby scheduled on October 4, 2010 (Monday) at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00PM) at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on or before September 22, 2010. Electronic copies may be sent to legal@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The proposed rules may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at 15th Floor, Pacific Center, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City or may be downloaded from the ERC website.
