On July 15, 2010, the Commission issued a Draft Determination on the instant application, which was subjected to public consultations on August 17, 18 and 20, 2010 in Davao City, Pasig City and Cebu City, respectively.
Subsequently, on August 31, 2010, the Commission issued an additional Performance Incentive Scheme (PIS) Indicator intended to be an integral part of the Draft Determination (copy hereto attached).
Relative thereto, all parties of record are hereby directed to SUBMIT their respective comments on the said additional PIS Indicator on or before September 20, 2010.
