NOTICE: Invitation to Submit Proposals to Revise any Provision of the Distribution Code

Notice is hereby given that the Distribution Management Committee (DMC) is now accepting proposals to revise any provision of the Distribution Code.
The Distribution Code is posted at www.erc.gov.ph and www.gmcdmc.ph  for review. Please see attached invitation letter for your reference.

All interested parties may submit their proposals (either in hard or soft copy) to the DMC Office at the 20th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Ave., Pasig City on or before December 31, 2010. Electronic copies may be sent to pdc@gmcdmc.ph.
