NOTICE: Invitation to submit comments on the Valuation Handbook for the Optimized Depreciated Replacement Cost Valuation for System Fixed Assets of Privately Owned DUs Operating under PBR
Notice is hereby given that on July 6, 2010 the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the "Valuation Handbook for the Optimized Depreciated Replacement Cost Valuation for System Fixed Assets of Privately Owned Distribution Operating under the Performance Based Regulation (PBR)".
All interested parties were given until July 12, 2010 to submit their respective comment (in both hard and soft copy) thereto. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph. The said handbook may be downloaded at our website www.erc.gv.ph or photocopies at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC main office.
