NOTICE: Invitation to submit comments on the 2nd draft of the Proposed Amendments to the Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Consumers
Notice is hereby given that the 2nd draft of the “Proposed Amendments to the Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Consumers” is posted at the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph for comment.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before June 25, 2010. Electronic copies may be sent to consumer@erc.gov.ph. The said rules may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center Pasig City.
