Notice: Public Consultations for the Proposed Feed-In Tariff Rules
Notice is hereby given that on March 10, 2010 the proposed Feed-In Tariff (FIT) Rules, which is attached as Annex “A”, is posted on the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
Relative thereto, a Public Consultation for said Rules is scheduled on April 14, 2010 (Wednesday) at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 a.m.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) using the prescribed format (copy hereto attached) on or before March 31, 2010 (Wednesday). Electronic copies may be sent to fscjuan@erc.gov.ph. Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation. The proposed Rules may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
