Notice: Public Consultations for the Proposed Market Fee Setting Rules
Notice is hereby given that the proposed MARKET FEE SETTING RULES (MFSRs) for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) is now posted on the ERC website to solicit comments from all market participants. Relative thereto, notice is also hereby given that the Public Hearing/Consultation for said Rules is scheduled on March 26, 2010 (Friday) at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00 p.m.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on or before March 15, 2010. Comments may also be sent through wesm.erc@belltel.com.ph.
All interested parties may download the abovementioned Rules from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
