Notice: Invitation to comment on the Revised Rules Governing the Tariff Glide Path Pursuant to Article VII of the Rules for Setting the ECs RSEC-WR

Notice is hereby given that the revised “Rules Governing the Tariff Glide Path Pursuant to Article VII of the Rules for Setting the Electric Cooperatives’ Wheeling Rates (RSEC-WR) [revised Rules]” is hereby posted for comments.

Relative thereto, the revised Rules is hereby set for public consultations on the following dates and venues:

All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the revised Rules using the prescribed format at the ERC Main Office at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, not later than January 7, 2011.  Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph.  Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultations.  The revised Rules may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
