Notice: Invitation to comment on the Proposed Amendments to the Rules for Recovery of the NPC Stranded Costs and Stranded Debts Portion of the Universal Charge
Notice is hereby given that on November 24, 2010, the Commission will be posting in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the Proposed Amendments to the Rules for Recovery of the National Power Corporation (NPC) Stranded Contract Costs and Stranded Debts Portion of the Universal Charge.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) using the prescribed format on or before December 24, 2010. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov.ph. The said proposed amendments may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at 17th Floor, Pacific Center, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
