Notice: Invitation to comment on the Draft Resolution Amending the Pertinent Provisions of Resolution No. 48, Series of 2010
Notice is hereby given that on November 17, 2010, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the draft “Resolution Amending the Pertinent Provisions of Resolution No. 48, Series of 2006 (A Resolution Summarizing the Applicable Legal Principles and Policies of the Energy Regulatory Commission on End-User Connections).”
Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the draft Resolution on or before November 26, 2010. Electronic copies may be sent to legal@erc.gov.ph. The draft resolution may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
