Notice is hereby given that the 2nd Draft Rules to Govern the Installation or Relocation of Residential Electric Meters by Distribution Utilities to Elevated Metering Centers or Individual Residential Electric Meter to Other Elevated Service is posted at the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph for comment.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the proposed rules on or before May 7, 2009. Electronic copies, except in PDF form, may be sent to consumer@erc.gov.ph The said rules may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
The promulgation of the said rules shall include the following schedule of activities:
