Invitation to comment on the proposed amendments to the Guidelines for the Issuance of Certificate of Compliance (COC) for Generation Companies/Facilities, as amended

Notice is hereby given that on March 31, 2009, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the Proposed Amendments to the Guidelines for the Issuance of COC for Generation Companies/Facilities, as amended.

Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments (in both paper and electronic copies) on the said proposed Amendments on or before April 30, 2009. Electronic copies may be sent to licensing@erc.gov.ph.
