Notice, invitation to comment on the Proposed Amendments to R.A.7832
Notice is hereby given that the Proposed Amendments to Republic Act No. 7832 is posted at the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph for comment.
All interested parties may submit their comments in both hard and soft copies on the proposed rules on or before January 22, 2010. Electronic copies may be sent to consumer@erc.gov.ph. The said rules may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
The promulgation of the said amendment shall include the following shcedule of activities:
