Amendments to the Amendments to the ERC Resolution 18, Series of 2008, Rules for Approval of Regulated Entities’ Capital Expenditure Projects
Notice is hereby given that on November 16, 2009, the Commission posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the" Rules for Approval of Regulated Entities’ Capital Expenditure Projects".
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) using the prescribed format on or before December 7, 2009. Electronic copies may be sent to standards@erc.gov.ph. The said proposed Rules may be downloaded or photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, 17th Floor, Pacific Center, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
