Notice is hereby given that on October 08, 2009, Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) filed the instant Petition for the amendment of ERC Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009, entitled "A Resolution Adopting the Rules Governing the Automatic Cost Adjustment and True-up Mechanism and Coreesponding Confirmation Process for Distribution Utilities".
On November 10, 2009, the Commission has posted in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph the petition.
The Commission has set the Petition for public hearing on December 9, 2009 (Wednesday) at ten o' clock in the morning (10:00 A.M) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel, Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on or before November 20, 2009. Electronics copies may be sent to ngcanlas@erc.gov.ph. The instant Petition may be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at 17th Floor, Pacific Center, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
