Notice of cancelled COC Pubcon, Rescheduled

Notice is hereby given that the cancelled public consultation on the “Revised Rules for the Issuance of Certificates of Compliance (COCs) for Generation Companies/Facilities" on September 28, 2009 is hereby re-set on November 10, 2009 (Tuesday) at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.

           
Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the September 17, 2009 deadline will be given priority in the above-scheduled public consultation
