RTWRNotice, Renaming TWRG as RTWR
Notice is hereby given that on September 22, 2009, the Commission promulgated Resolution No. 21, Series of 2009, entitled "A Resolution Adopting the Amendments to the Transmission Wheeling Rates Guidelines (TWRG) to be renamed as the Rules for Setting Transmission Wheeling Rates (RTWR)" which will take effect fifteen (15) days following its complete publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.
The said RTWR may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.
