Notice is hereby given that on September 23, 2009, the Commission promulgated Resolution No. 20, Series of 2009, entitled "A Resolution Adopting the Rules for Setting the Electric Cooperatives' Wheeling Rates" (RSEC-WR) which will take effect fifteen (15) days following its complete publication in newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.
The said RSEC-WR may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.
